I have sensitive skin, can I use ONLYSKIN products?
Although ONLYSKIN is focused on delivering optimal results, we also pride ourselves upon using tested dermatologically safe ingredients that are not only effective, but also gentle enough for hypersensitive skin, sensitive skin. In fact, prolonged use of ONLYSKIN skincare range has been reflected and reviewed to reduce skin sensitivity, redness, inflammation and related skin irritation symptoms!
I’m currently going through my own facials and aesthetic treatments, can I use ONLYSKIN’s products too?
Our best recommendation will always be to use our skincare range together with ONLY Group aesthetic treatments as they will be 100% compatible.
To reply to your question, ONLYSKIN products are clinically developed and well-tested by (USA) United States of America, (KR) Korea or (JP) Japan. This is why we can say that our certified gentle yet effective for all skin type skin care is safe for use.
However if you have been going through highly invasive aesthetic procedure or suspect that you may be developing skin irritations, allergies and complications, kindly check with your doctor about your desired ONLYSKIN products’ ingredient list to ensure that it will be compatible to the facials, aesthetic treatments or skin concerns you may have.
What if I developed side effects from using ONLYSKIN’s products?
Although the chances of side effects occurring is very low because ONLYSKIN products are certified dermatologically safe even for hypersensitive skin, it is also undeniable that many external and unforeseen circumstances may have contributed to your complications.
Please do get advice from our consultant at feedback@onlyskin.sg if you have; (a) been using other skincare products apart from ONLYSKIN products (b) your frequency and application usage since your purchase (c) any medication that you have recently taken or have been taking all along. (d) your storage condition of the ONLYSKIN products or other skincare products will too affect the quality of the product. (e) observed any skin complications due to lifestyle changes or been subjected to any sources of environmental stresses lately.
Whenever in doubt, we will always suggest you to apply ONLYSKIN products on a test patch of skin on your hand, arm or elbows for 48 hours before commencing casual application on desired areas. Alternatively, you may also reach out to your doctor or dermatologist on a compatibility check via our product ingredients listed on this website.
Orders and Payment
I’ve made payment, How long will my order take to process?
After we have received your order, we will take 1-3 business days to process your order, before the actual shipment and delivery real time .
Orders that are placed after 5pm on the same day will be processed for in the next business day. You will receive a notification email along your tracking number for shipping update and tracking purposes once your order has been scheduled for delivery.

Order processing at ONLYSKIN will take 1 – 3 days to be processed and a shipping confirmation email will be sent out upon purchase.
At the moment, we offer 3 delivery methods.
1. Self Collection* : Free
2. Standard shipping (3 – 4 business days) : $10
3. Same day delivery : $18
For self collection, you may visit any of our ONLY® branches with e-invoice presented at the counter to pick up the item. Do take note that for self-collection will only be ready at the branch after 1 business day.

How can I edit my shipping address?
Upon logging into your account, the Dashboard view will state your current shipping and billing addresses. To edit your current addresses, click on the “Address Book” tab beneath the “Dashboard” tab and click on “Add New” or “Edit” to insert new addresses or to edit existing addresses.
In the scenario where an order is placed and you require a change in the delivery address, please note that if the order status in “Paid”, address may be edited (usually in to your account to go to account details to amend your shipping address) Do note that in a scenario where pickup is scheduled for processing (within 2 working days) by emailing your request to sales@onlyskin.sg .
However, if your order status has been updated to “Processing”, your address details can no longer be edited as your parcel has been dispatched out for delivery.
In this scenario, there are 2 available options.
1. You may self collect the parcel at your original shipping address upon delivery confirmation by our courier provider.
2. You may arrange through us for our courier to arrange collection of your parcel at your original shipping address and to deliver to your desired location of change at an additional cost of $30. Please make payment on the same day of your address edit details by 5pm and we will create a unique link to send you for payment.
Once payment has been received successfully, our customer service will inform you of the new estimated arrival date and time of your parcel to the new address.
Returns & Exchanges
What should I do if the products received do not match my order?
If you received a product different from the one that you ordered, kindly email us at sales@onlyskin.sg for us to investigate and arrange the product exchange service recovery for you accordingly within 5 business days.
Please include the following details into our email such as
(a) order number
(b) your full name
(c) your shipping address
(d) the items/products in question
(e) your parcel arrival details
– by who
– what time was the parcel received in good order
(f) photo of products in question

If I regretted my purchase, can I get a refund?
Our skincare products are non-refundable.
As they are meant for personal consumption and application on individual face and body parts ONLYSKIN values and prioritizes hygiene standards and to ensure that there are no cross contamination to our products, we do not allow returns of the product unless the product that we delivered product(s) is inaccurate.
